1. Data Deletion Commitment

At ScriptAI Development, we prioritize the security of your intellectual property. Our core infrastructure is built on a "Script Deletion Guarantee."When you upload a screenplay for analysis:

• Your script is processed in volatile memory.
• Raw script text is immediately and permanently deleted after the report is generated.
• We do not retain copies of your screenplay on our servers.

2. Information Collection

We only collect the minimum amount of information necessary to provide our service:

• Account Information: Email address for authentication and report access via Supabase.
• Payment Information: Handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card details.
• Report Metadata: We retain the generated scores and high-level metadata (title, page count) to allow you to access your historical reports.

3. AI Processing

We use industry-leading AI models (e.g., Google Gemini) to perform structural analysis. By policy, your material is not used to train these models. Your data remains your own, and the analysis is a private transaction between you and our diagnostic engine.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use basic session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking pixels for advertising purposes.
