By access or using ScriptAI Development, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our service provides AI-driven structural analysis of screenplays.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

• Your Ownership: You retain 100% ownership and copyright of your screenplay and its content. ScriptAI Development claims no rights to your material.
• AI feedback: The analysis reports provided are generated by AI. We do not claim copyright over the feedback itself, which is yours to use for your own screenwriting development.

3. Accuracy of Analysis

Our diagnostic engine is designed for structural theory analysis. While we use advanced AI models, literary analysis is inherently subjective. The feedback is intended as a tool for revision, not as an objective measurement of a script's quality or market value. We do not guarantee sales, representation, or production based on our feedback.

4. Refund Policy

Because the core value of our service is the immediate generation of AI analysis, we generally do not offer refunds once the analysis has been completed. If you experience a technical failure during the processing phase, please contact our support team.

5. Account Usage

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts via Supabase auth. Usage limits (number of analyses per day) are strictly enforced based on your chosen tier.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use our service to analyze restricted material (copyright-infringing works you do not own) or as part of any automated mass-generation system without express permission.
